QS: What is the trend for festivals this summer?
PIXIE: ‘What I love about festival fashion is that anything goes. You can wear a playsuit with wellies or a maxi dress and cowboy boots. I think the trend is to wear lots of nice pieces and not worry if it matches or not.’
QS: What about if it rains?
PIXIE: ‘I never bring a mac but I’ll wear a hoodie and have an umbrella with me. I don’t mind getting wet. It all adds to the fun of it.’
QS: What are the essentials when it comes to accessories at festivals?
PIXIE: ‘You definitely need a good pair of sunglasses. I take hats in case of rain and you can use them for the sun too.’
QS: Which celebrities’ festival fashion sense do you admire?
PIXIE: ‘I love how Kate Moss dresses. I also think Florence Welch from Florence And The Machine has a unique look.’
QS: What is your ultimate piece of festival advice?
PIXIE: ‘If you can’t wash your hair for a few days then my favourite trick is to use a necklace as a hairband.’
